In 2003, Psagot Winery was established, and it has steadily developed ever since. In the years leading up to the 2021 harvest, the winery produced approximately 750,000 bottles per year, with over 70% exported worldwide.

Vineyards are planted on limestone terraces in the Binyamin and Samaria mountains at an altitude of 900-700 meters above sea level, producing concentrated and exceptional grapes.

All the winery's wines are characterized by a strong and unique taste and aroma, demonstrating excellent growing conditions combined with vast knowledge and advanced technology, ensuring maximum enjoyment for the consumer.

The Psagot Winery produces more than 15 types of fine wines that win international awards, medals, and prestigious competitions every year.  Wine bottles from Psagot Winery display a replica of an ancient coin found in a cave in Psagot during the winery's establishment, which dates back to the Great Revolt (66-71 AD). Symbolizing the long tradition of winemaking and our connection to our settlement, agricultural, and biblical roots as well as representing our connection to winemaking, this coin is adorned with an amphora, an ancient vessel for storing wine, and a vine leaf on the other side.

A beautiful stone building shaped like an ancient khan houses the visitors' centre at Psagot Winery, which overlooks stunning landscapes of Wadi Kelt and the Edom Mountains, as well as the wine production factory and barrel cellar. Approximately 1,000 barrels of wine are aged in the barrel cellar each year.

This building is centred around a pastoral inner courtyard. Along with producing quality wines, the facility has a visitor centre where tours, wine tastings, lodging options for individuals and groups, as well as small and large events, conferences and seminars can take place in an atmosphere enriched by good wine and spectacular views.

Psagot winery, located just 15 minutes from Jerusalem, has been committed to hosting visitors for over a decade in Binyamin, a place where every hill sends you greetings from the past.
